EU buyers carry the Responsible Person, product registration, and Cosmetics Framework compliance posture as part of the tier price. For the UAE, GCC, UK, LATAM, and APAC markets, Jacarandá Lab prepares and packages the full documentation stack — SDS, INCI, COA per batch, jurisdictional mapping — and the client submits to their own local authority.
