Six short fields, a $49 sample fee plus $25 shipping (credit-card checkout at submit time), and we come back in writing, in English, within 48 hours, São Paulo time, with a sample-kit ETA you can have on the chair inside ten business days.

• Sample fee is credited against your first bulk order — the unit fee (USD $49) is credited 1:1; shipping (USD $25) is not.
• First-order credit: $49 per the unit-fee credit policy. Applies automatically to the credit memo on your first bulk PO; you don't ask for it.
• Focus: EU, UAE. Other international — Gulf, UK, LATAM, APAC. Tell us otherwise.
• Monthly volume forecast — required. We thread it into the sample-kit run.
• Attach PNG, JPG, or PDF label artwork below (≤ 10 MB). Optional — we ship a generic-art sample-kit with an editable layer if no artwork is attached.
